Per Ticket 65744 - JS in CCSI unable to print -

Here is a summary of what was taken to resolve

by TN
Raised the rights for John to full access for testing
Did a ping to the KIP from John's workstation 10.1.11.161 and it had a reply
Did a test page from the Devices and Printers (KIP) and it issued the following message Window
" Test Page failed to print . Would you like to view the print troubleshooter for assistance? A Dynamic Link Library (DLL) initialization routine failed "
Deleted the printer profile from the KIP from Devices and Printers and was going to reinstall from aoalpprint01 and it would not install the driver again

Rebooted computer and group policy installed KIP Profile
during troubleshooting have made KIP a default printer and opened PDF blueprint to test...
at that time it prompted me to get .net installed... once it was installed all was well...
I guess .net is the middle men between apps and kip driver...
